ARS Developers is planning a 21-acre mixed-use development in Leander that will include retail, a hotel, event space and more.
Called The Gathering Place, the 400,000-square-foot project could open in the first quarter of 2028. It will be located at 2773 Hero Way, off Highway 183-A and about two miles from H-E-B Plus and other retail.
According to the Houston Business Journal, The Gathering Place will feature an approximately 32,000-square-foot Big Air trampoline park, a roughly 13,000-square-foot sports bar, a hotel with more than 100 rooms, about 45,000 square feet of retail space and an event center with about 11,500 square feet of indoor space plus a landscaped outdoor lawn.
The first phase of the project is expected to cost about $45 million. The second phase, which will add additional retail, is projected to cost approximately $20 million.
ARS Developers’ other projects include a restaurant, retail and office development in Pflugerville, as well as a flex-office/warehouse project in the same city.
