**PREMIER Design + Build Completes Two-Building Orange Logistics Center for IDI Logistics**
PREMIER Design + Build Group has announced the completion of the Orange Logistics Center, a two-building, Class A industrial development in Orange, California. The facility spans a total of 285,719 square feet and represents PREMIER’s first completed project for IDI Logistics in the Western Region.
Purpose-built to accommodate modern logistics and distribution operations, the development offers flexible, high-efficiency space distributed across two state-of-the-art buildings. The first building comprises 186,519 square feet and includes a 6,490-square-foot office space. The second building totals 99,200 square feet and features a 6,347-square-foot office component.
Sustainability and long-term performance were central to the design of both facilities. Notable features include a carbon-reduction concrete slab system and strategies designed to align with LEED certification standards.
The project team included HPA Architecture, HSA & Associates, Inc., Thienes Engineering, Inc., General Underground Fire Protection, Guy Yocom Construction, Inc., Engineering Resources, and Hunter Landscape. Real estate services for the project were provided by Lee & Associates.
