**Taylor Sheridan and Hillwood to Launch Massive Film Studio in Fort Worth**
Prolific filmmaker Taylor Sheridan is partnering with real estate developer Hillwood to launch a major film and television production campus in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, Texas. The new hub, named SGS Studios, will span 450,000 square feet and aims to become the largest studio complex currently operating in Texas.
Best known for his work on popular series such as *Landman*, *Tulsa King* (with a *NOLA King* spin-off in the works), *Lioness*, *Mayor of Kingstown*, and forthcoming titles like *Marshals* and *The Madison*, Sheridan will add executive producing responsibilities at SGS Studios to his already expansive portfolio.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, the studio will initially support four Paramount Television productions. SGS Studios will manage and provide all on-site production services, positioning itself as a full-service production destination for Hollywood and independent creators alike.
In addition to the upcoming SGS Studios, the broader Alliance Texas development already includes a mix of industrial, residential, retail, and aviation operations, featuring the Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport. The development has had a significant economic impact on the region — generating over $130 billion, supporting 590 companies, and providing more than 66,000 jobs.
The partnership between Sheridan and Hillwood signals a major boost for the Texas film industry and is expected to attract both talent and production companies seeking cutting-edge facilities outside of traditional entertainment hubs like Los Angeles and New York.
