**Toro Development Company Unveils Plans for Overlook, a 301-Unit Community in Cumming, Georgia**
Toro Development Company (TDC) has officially announced Overlook, a 301-unit multifamily development located within the Cumming City Center. With land acquisition and financing finalized, construction is slated to begin this month.
Financing for the Overlook project is led by Pinnacle Financial Partners, while EBSCO Real Estate serves as the sole equity partner.
Overlook will offer a range of premier amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, social courtyards, a sky lounge, work-from-home micro-offices, and a dedicated dog park. The first residential units are targeted for delivery in fall 2027.
The development is part of the larger Cumming City Center, which spans 95 acres and includes a vibrant mix of retail and dining options, open green spaces, walking trails, an outdoor amphitheater, and a new municipal center.
TDC is also advancing its $560 million mixed-use development, Medley, in Johns Creek. Scheduled to open on October 29, Medley will encompass 164,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space, 110,000 square feet of office space, a 150-room hotel, and 883 luxury residences including apartments and townhomes. A central 25,000-square-foot community plaza is also part of the project.
