Marcus & Millichap Arranges Maverik Gas Station Sale in Missouri for $4.4M
Marcus & Millichap has successfully brokered the sale of a net-leased Maverik gas station property located in Springfield, Missouri, for $4.4 million.
The transaction was facilitated by investment specialists Jackson Harris, Chris Lind, Mark Ruble, and Zack House from Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, in partnership with David Saverin, the firm’s broker of record in Missouri. The buyer is a California-based limited liability company.
The 6,203-square-foot property sits on a two-acre parcel at 2704 S. Campbell Avenue, occupying a prominent corner at the intersection of South Campbell Avenue and West Sunset Street. These thoroughfares experience daily traffic of approximately 26,500 and 12,000 vehicles, respectively.
Constructed in 2016, the facility underwent renovations following Maverik’s acquisition of Kum & Go in 2023. The lease has roughly 10.8 years remaining on its primary term. Maverik completed the $2 billion acquisition of the Iowa-based Kum & Go chain, including several locations throughout Springfield, in 2023.
