**Trammell Crow Completes Final Phase of 1.7M-SF Cypress Industrial Park**
Trammell Crow Company, in partnership with Clarion Partners, has announced the completion of the third and final phase of the Weiser Business Park in northwest Houston. Located at 14311 and 14281 Fallbrook Drive in Cypress, Texas, Phase III adds two new Class-A industrial facilities to the development.
The newly delivered buildings include a 273,740-square-foot cross-dock warehouse, known as Building 5, and a larger 354,272-square-foot cross-dock structure, known as Building 6. With these additions, Weiser Business Park now comprises six warehouse buildings, totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet of space. The first and second phases of the development are fully leased.
The project team included Seeberger Architecture as the architect of record, A&F General Contractors as the general contractor, and Cadence Bank provided construction financing.
Robert McGee and Taylor Schmidt of Colliers are managing the marketing and leasing for the available space in the final phase.
