**MG Properties Acquires 330-Unit Multifamily Community in Farmers Branch**
MG Properties has acquired Sola Galleria, a 330-unit multifamily community located in Farmers Branch, Texas. The property was sold by a joint venture between HLC Equity and the Hampshire Companies.
Sola Galleria features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. Community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, computer lounge, coffee bar, clubhouse kitchen, zen lounge, outdoor grilling and dining spaces, and a gaming/media room.
The seller was represented by Joey Tumminello, Drew Kile, Taylor Hill, Michael Ware, and Jack Windham of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA). Acquisition financing for MG Properties was arranged by Cameron Chalfant, Brian Eisendrath, Harry Krieger, and Scott Arenzon, also with IPA. The financing terms were not disclosed.
