**Avison Young Tapped to Market Major Biscayne Bay Waterfront Development Site**
Avison Young has been selected to market Laguna Vista, a ±80-acre mixed-use waterfront development site located on Biscayne Bay at 17777 Old Cutler Road in the Palmetto Bay submarket of Miami, Florida. The fully entitled property, owned by Goddard Investment Group, is considered one of the largest contiguous redevelopment opportunities in Miami-Dade County.
Previously the headquarters of Burger King, the site currently features a 315,000-square-foot, three-building office complex. Laguna Vista is approved for a wide range of uses, including 413 multifamily units, 42 townhomes, a 120-key hotel, 280,000 square feet of retail, and the existing 315,000 square feet of office space.
