**Crescent Communities Opens 237-Unit NOVEL Davidson Multifamily Property**
Crescent Communities has officially opened NOVEL Davidson, a 237-unit multifamily development located in Davidson, North Carolina. The project, which broke ground in 2023, adds significant new residential space to the rapidly growing Charlotte-area submarket.
Financing for the development was supported by a $48.8 million construction loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
Cline Design served as the architect for the project, while Crescent Communities’ in-house construction team acted as the general contractor.
Situated on 15 acres at 19020 Potts Park Lane, NOVEL Davidson is located just one mile from downtown Davidson, 21 miles from downtown Charlotte, and 25 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The community features seven residential buildings, each three or four stories tall. The apartments offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 691 to 1,561 square feet, and come equipped with private balconies or patios.
Community amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, and a swimming pool with a spacious deck. Additional features include a resident lounge with coworking spaces, outdoor patios, and a fireplace for social gatherings and relaxation.
With the delivery of NOVEL Davidson, Crescent Communities moves closer to the milestone of completing 100 communities since the company’s founding in 1963.
