**Rockefeller Group Advances Residential Development in Phoenix with Corsica Villas at Laveen**

Rockefeller Group is moving ahead with its latest residential project, Corsica Villas at Laveen — a 213-unit build-to-rent community situated in the Laveen neighborhood of Phoenix. Nestled at the base of South Mountain, the development officially broke ground in October 2025.

Since 2014, Rockefeller Group has been actively involved in residential development across Arizona, having co-developed over 1,800 units statewide. The company is also currently constructing another 152 units at Corsica Villas at Euclid & 20th, with those units expected to be completed and available for leasing by February 2026.

Corsica Villas at Laveen will offer a variety of standalone duplexes and townhomes, thoughtfully designed with private backyards and without any residences above or below each unit — providing added privacy and comfort for residents.

The community will also feature a range of shared amenities, including a central clubhouse, pool, and a dedicated dog park, fostering a sense of neighborhood connection and convenience.

Located adjacent to the completed Sol 38 residential development — another Rockefeller Group project in partnership with Liv Communities — Corsica Villas at Laveen further underscores the company’s strong presence in the region.

BFL Construction has been tapped as the general contractor for the project. With these new developments, Rockefeller Group is rapidly approaching 2,000 rental housing units built or under construction in the greater Phoenix area.
