Krusinski Construction Company (KCC) has officially begun construction on IAC Pleasant Run, a significant two-building speculative warehouse development in Lancaster, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The project, totaling 727,080 square feet, is being developed for IAC Properties. This marks the third collaboration between Krusinski and IAC in the Dallas area.

The warehouse development spans a 52.83-acre site and is comprised of two separate structures:

– The first and largest building is located at 1740 N. Jefferson Street. This 457,646-square-foot facility sits on a 31.75-acre parcel and includes 5,257 square feet of speculative office space spread between two units on the west side of the building. Construction began in December 2025 and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

– The second building is located at 511 E. Pleasant Run Road and covers 269,434 square feet on a 15.17-acre site. It includes a 2,684-square-foot speculative office space in the southwest corner of the facility.

This new development underscores IAC Properties’ ongoing expansion in the Dallas industrial market, further solidifying its presence in one of the most dynamic logistics and distribution hubs in the country.
