Woodmont Secures Logistics Tenant for South Amboy Warehouse

Woodmont Industrial Partners and Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. have signed a five-year lease with Wingtat Cargo for 96,000 square feet at the newly completed warehouse located at 111 Main Street in South Amboy, New Jersey. The lease marks the full occupancy of the 152,100-square-foot Class A distribution facility, which is situated within South Amboy’s Broadway/Main Street redevelopment zone.

Gary Politi and Michael Viera of JLL represented the landlords in the transaction, while tenant representation was handled by Jimo Liu of Cushman & Wakefield. Wingtat Cargo, a logistics firm, will begin operations in the state-of-the-art facility designed to accommodate modern distribution and supply chain operations.

“The lease-up of this facility at delivery is a significant milestone for the project and a strong validation of the demand we’re seeing for high-quality industrial space in the region,” said Anthony Amadeo, Executive Vice President at Woodmont Industrial Partners. “111 Main Street is exceptionally well-positioned, given its strategic location—approximately 15 miles from the Port—and Class A design that supports modern logistics operations.”

The property offers excellent connectivity to major highways and port infrastructure, allowing tenants to effectively serve both local and regional markets across the Northeast.
