**Berkadia Secures $34M Refinancing for Bozeman Assisted Living Community**

Berkadia has announced the successful refinancing of Bozeman Lodge, an independent and assisted living community located in Bozeman, Montana.

The financing was arranged by Berkadia’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare team, including Managing Directors Ed Williams, Steve Muth, and Austin Sacco; Senior Director Garrett Sacco; and AVP Alec Rosenfeld. The debt was sourced from a private debt fund on behalf of Radiant Senior Living, the Oregon-based owner and operator.

The 2.5-year loan includes interest-only payments throughout the entire term and provides additional capital for planned property improvements. “Bozeman Lodge is a high-quality community in a dynamic market, and this refinancing provides the ownership with flexible capital to execute their business plan and continue enhancing the resident experience,” said Steve Muth.

Bozeman Lodge is located at 1547 N Hunters Way in the heart of the Gallatin Valley. The property is situated in Bozeman, home to Montana State University and within close proximity to Yellowstone National Park. The community offers one- and two-bedroom private apartments, as well as two-bedroom cottages, tailored to both independent and assisted living residents.

With this strategic refinancing, Radiant Senior Living is poised to invest in improvements that elevate the quality of care and amenities for its residents.
