**Berkadia Secures $34M Refinancing for Bozeman Assisted Living Community**
Berkadia has announced the successful refinancing of Bozeman Lodge, an independent and assisted living community located in Bozeman, Montana.
The financing was arranged by Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare team members: Managing Directors Ed Williams, Steve Muth, and Austin Sacco; Senior Director Garrett Sacco; and AVP Alec Rosenfeld. The loan was secured from a debt fund on behalf of the community’s owner-operator, Radiant Senior Living, based in Oregon.
The refinancing package totals $34 million and includes a 2.5-year loan with interest-only payments for the full term. In addition to refinancing, the loan provides proceeds earmarked for capital improvements to enhance the community.
“Bozeman Lodge is a high-quality community in a dynamic market, and this refinancing provides the ownership with flexible capital to execute their business plan and continue enhancing the resident experience,” said Steve Muth.
Located at 1547 N Hunters Way, Bozeman Lodge is nestled in the Gallatin Valley, in the home city of Montana State University, and lies less than 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. The community offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom private apartments and two-bedroom cottages, catering to both independent and assisted living residents.
