**KPPC Advanced Chemicals Launches $120M Chemical Plant in Casa Grande**

KPPC Advanced Chemicals has officially commenced Phase I construction of a $120 million chemical manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. The project is located within the Sonoran Valley Industrial Park and marks a significant step toward strengthening the semiconductor supply chain in the United States.

The new facility will produce ultrapure chemicals and proprietary functional chemicals essential to the semiconductor manufacturing process. These include chemicals used in wafer cleaning, etching, chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP), photolithography, and advanced packaging. Production is expected to begin by late 2027.

The construction phase is anticipated to create hundreds of contractor and supplier opportunities, benefiting businesses throughout Pinal County and the Greater Phoenix region.

Looking toward the future, KPPC plans to expand the Casa Grande site into a fully integrated semiconductor chemical campus. The company projects a total investment of approximately $500 million by 2035.

Once operational, the facility—referred to as the UAP (Ultrapure Advanced Process) plant—will supply high-purity materials to leading semiconductor manufacturers such as TSMC, Intel, and Micron, supporting advanced logic and memory technology development across the United States.
