Several well-known companies led the charge in the 6th to 10th most-read stories of 2025 in the Atlanta and Southeast region.
Georgia Power’s $94 million purchase of a warehouse in Atlanta ranked as the 6th most widely read story in the region. The property was sold by ICM Property Group.
The 7th most-read article covered pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim’s lease of 73,000 square feet at Medley, the former State Farm headquarters in Johns Creek.
Hendrick Motorsports’ acquisition of a 27-acre parcel in Concord to develop an industrial park took 8th place among the year’s top stories.
In the 9th spot, homebuilder Taylor Morrison made headlines with a $58 million purchase of lakefront land outside Charlotte. The 162-acre parcel is approved for the development of 499 residential units.
Rounding out the list, a new 50,000-square-foot Publix supermarket will anchor a shopping center in Decatur, earning the 10th most-read story of 2025.
