**Food Distributor Signs Lease at TCC’s Arsenal Trade Center**
Trammell Crow Company (TCC), in partnership with CBRE Investment Management, has secured a 100,500-square-foot lease at the Arsenal Trade Center in Sayreville, New Jersey. The lease, signed by Essex Food Ingredients, brings new tenancy to Building 1 of the nearly 1.1 million-square-foot, three-building logistics development. The facility is located at 49 Callahan Boulevard.
Essex Food Ingredients, a full-service distributor of high-quality industrial food ingredients, is expected to move into its new space by January 2026.
“Companies like Essex Food Ingredients are drawn to Arsenal because it offers modern, Class A industrial space with exceptional access to major transportation corridors, including the New Jersey Turnpike and proximity to the Port of New York and New Jersey,” said Jessica Fraser, Senior Vice President at TCC.
Essex Food Ingredients was represented in the transaction by Mindy Lissner, Mark Zaziski and Pat Decker of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord was represented by Tom Monahan, Larry Schiffinhaus and Brian Golden of CBRE.
