**Centurion American to Launch Hotel Dax in Early 2026 Following Major Renovation**
Centurion American Development Group is set to open Hotel Dax in the first quarter of 2026, following an extensive renovation of the former Crowne Plaza hotel. Phase One of the transformation will unveil nearly 32,000 square feet of reimagined meeting space, four distinctive food and beverage venues, a pool, and a Top Golf Swing Suite. The hotel’s updated interiors are being designed by Merriman Anderson Architects.
A second phase of redevelopment is scheduled for 2027, which will focus on the renovation of all 426 guest rooms and suites, further enhancing the hotel’s appeal and continuing the company’s strategic capital investment in the property.
Hotel Dax will be managed by Dreamscape Hospitality and will join the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program under Marriott International, providing guests access to one of the world’s largest hospitality rewards networks.
Centurion American previously redeveloped The Statler, a historic hotel in downtown Dallas, into a luxury destination that reopened in 2017. The successful transformation of The Statler showcases Centurion American’s expertise in revitalizing landmark properties and creating premier hospitality experiences.
