Global Holdings announced on Tuesday that Cerity Partners LLC, a wealth management and financial advisory firm, has signed a new long-term lease at 99 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Cerity Partners, which currently subleases space on the building’s 16th floor, will become a direct tenant in 2027 and expand its office footprint to 48,671 square feet.
This lease marks a significant milestone in Global Holdings’ broader repositioning efforts for 99 Park Avenue. Since unveiling a $30 million renovation and modernization plan earlier this year, more than 300,000 square feet of office space has been leased at the property.
“Cerity Partners’ move to direct tenancy and expansion at 99 Park Avenue is another proof point of the building’s strong leasing momentum and appeal to high-growth companies,” said Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Global Holdings Management Group.
Cerity Partners was represented in the lease negotiations by Nicholas Dysenchuk and Rob Lowe of Cushman & Wakefield. Global Holdings was represented by Craig Panzirer and Alex Radmin in collaboration with Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan, and Harrison Potter of JLL.
