VanTrust Real Estate, LLC has launched a new national division to provide real estate investment and development services for public and private sector clients in the life sciences, R&D, biotech, pharmaceutical and technology industries. Executive Vice President Rich Muller will lead the firm’s expansion into this cutting-edge space. Jeff Turk and Ryan Lidke of VanTrust Development Services will provide design and construction oversight for this new division.
Two Kansas City-based executives have also joined VanTrust as vice presidents: Scott Hall – an economic & community development professional with nearly a decade of experience at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce; Lori Top – a design & construction executive with more than 25 years’ experience including 14 years as Principal at Burns & McDonnell managing complex projects incorporating innovative technology. With these additions to its team, VanTrust is well positioned to meet its goal of matching expertise & capital resources with science + tech industry clients across the nation.
