VanTrust Real Estate, LLC has launched a new national division designed to provide real estate expertise and capital resources to public and private sector clients in the life sciences, R&D, biotech, pharmaceutical and technology industries. VanTrust Science + Technology is a real estate investment and development division deploying strategies for cutting-edge sectors.
Rich Muller will lead the firm’s national expansion into this space as Executive Vice President; he is a founding member of VanTrust. Jeff Turk and Ryan Lidke from VanTrust Development Services will provide design and construction oversight for this new division.
Scott Hall joins as Vice President with nearly 10 years of experience at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce plus extensive industry knowledge in economic & community development; Lori Top also joins as VP with 25+ years experience including 14 years managing complex projects incorporating innovative technology at Burns & McDonnell.
