TruCore Industrial Expands with Acquisition of Two Tulsa Properties

TruCore Industrial has announced the successful sale-leaseback acquisition of two industrial warehouse properties located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at 6566 E. Skelly Drive and 4620 S. Memorial Drive.

The transaction was facilitated by the Colliers Net Lease Capital Markets Team. Brokers Phillip Butts, Ken Hedrick, and Andrew Ragsdale represented the deal. TruCore Industrial will continue supporting the tenant’s operations through net lease structures tailored to each facility’s strategic role within the broader Fellers distribution and service network.

Fully leased to Fellers, Inc.—a leading national distributor of sign and graphic films, vinyl wrap supplies, and related equipment—the two properties encompass over 58,000 square feet of combined warehouse and office space situated on 4.65 acres. The properties benefit from their locations along major transportation routes, underscoring their operational importance.
