**Coachella Plaza Shopping Center Sold for $12.88M**
JLL has announced the sale of Coachella Plaza, an 84,820-square-foot shopping center located at 50249 Cesar Chavez Street in Coachella, California. The property was acquired by a private investor for $12,875,000. JLL’s Max Kinsbruner and Brian Quinn represented both the seller and the buyer, each of whom is a private investor.
Coachella Plaza is 100% occupied and is shadow-anchored by Cardenas Markets. Other key tenants include Planet Fitness, WSS, Absolute Dollar, and Innercare. The shopping center is situated at the busy intersection of Cesar Chavez Street and Avenue 50, one of the most heavily trafficked locations in Coachella, with over 26,400 cars passing daily.
