*McHugh Construction* has announced four internal promotions and one new hire. Jeanne Bartels has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, Kyle Jennings and Michael Sinickas have both been elevated to Project Managers, and Kasey Bethea has been named Assistant Superintendent. Additionally, Chelsea Hoff has joined the company as a Project Engineer.

The *Cook County Land Bank Authority* has appointed Michael Davidson and Jennifer Parks to its Board of Directors.
