**Iconic Dallas Hotel Slated for $100M Makeover**
Crow Holdings and Hilton have announced a new long-term management agreement for Hilton Anatole in Dallas, marking a renewed partnership alongside plans for a significant $100 million renovation.
Originally developed in 1979 by Trammell Crow, the Hilton Anatole sits on a 52-acre site and features 1,610 guest rooms, two expansive grand atriums, a curated collection of Asian art and sculpture from the Crow family, 600,000 square feet of meeting and event space, nine restaurants and bars, and the unique JadeWaters water park.
The multi-year renovation, set to be completed by 2028, includes major upgrades to the hotel’s Atrium Tower guest rooms, shared spaces, and food and beverage offerings. While renovations to the 718 guestrooms in the Tower have already been completed, the next phase will focus on modernizing the 899 guestrooms in the Atrium, enhancing the meeting and event facilities, and updating various common areas and amenities.
The Hilton Anatole is owned by Crow Holdings and will continue to be managed by Hilton.
