– **Native Realty** has expanded its team with the addition of Associate Michelle Speroni. – **Blanca Commercial Real Estate** has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 3601 Design, a new 20-story Class A office tower set to rise in Miami’s Design District. The 246,964-square-foot project is being led by Integra Investments, Tricap, and LNDMRK Development. Designed by Arquitectonica, the tower at 3601 North Miami Avenue promises striking contemporary architecture and is moving toward the construction phase.

– A Palm Beach Gardens office building with coworking firm Intelligent Office as a tenant has been sold for $15.85 million. Narragansett Realty II sold the 47,000-square-foot property located at 4440 to 4450 PGA Blvd. to PGA Office. Colliers brokers Gary A. Gottlieb, Mark M. Rubin, Bastian Schauer, and Ryan Buckner represented the seller. Originally constructed in 1979, the six-story building has undergone several renovations, including a major update in 2022.

– **Milhaus** has acquired the property management division of **ContraVest**. This acquisition, completed in November 2025, marks Milhaus’ expansion into the Florida and North Carolina markets and its move into third-party property management. Under the agreement, Milhaus will manage eight multifamily communities, boosting its total number of managed units to over 9,500. Christin Tenpenny has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for Property Management across the company’s portfolio.

– **Advenir Azora** has acquired Advenir at Lighthouse Point, formerly known as Bell Lighthouse Point, a 249-unit upscale apartment community in Pompano Beach. The property was sold by Bell Partners for $60.9 million. According to Commercial Edge, Advenir secured a $53.3 million acquisition loan from Freddie Mac in a deal facilitated by JLL Capital Markets. Bell Partners had owned the community since 2019, when it was purchased from M-M Properties for $58.5 million.
