RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza Nears Full Occupancy with Two New Office Leases

RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan is on the verge of full occupancy following the signing of two new office leases. The prominent Midtown tower has welcomed two additional tenants: law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and investment bank Univest Securities.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck will occupy 7,510 square feet under a three-year lease as it continues to expand its presence into New York. Meanwhile, Univest Securities has signed a long-term, 10-year lease for 7,802 square feet.

Brownstein was represented in the transaction by Todd Wheeler, Lou D’Avanzo, and Jordy Elardo of Cushman & Wakefield. RXR was represented by Bruce Mosler, Ethan Silverstein, Anthony LoPresti, Connor Daugstrup, and Bianca Di Mauro of Cushman & Wakefield, along with in-house executives Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney, and Heidi Steinegger.

Univest Securities was advised by Brian Hay and Tim Hay, also of Cushman & Wakefield. RXR’s representation team included Mosler’s group as well as the company’s internal real estate team.

“Heading into 2026, RXR looks forward to welcoming new tenants, with the substantial uptick in market activity we’ve been seeing in Midtown throughout 2025,” said William Elder, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of RXR’s New York City division.

These new lease agreements reinforce RXR’s leasing momentum at 75 Rockefeller Plaza and reflect strong demand for office space in Midtown Manhattan.
