**Fortune 500 Company Expands Footprint in Lakewood, WA with Five-Year Lease Renewal**

A Fortune 500 company has renewed and expanded its lease at 9516 39th Avenue SW in Lakewood, Washington, further solidifying its presence within the region.

Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Matt McLennan, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant, whose name was not disclosed, has committed to a five-year renewal and expanded its footprint to 23,482 square feet on a three-acre parcel.

The full property encompasses 29,182 square feet of combined industrial and office space. It features a fully improved yard with industrial outdoor storage capabilities, offering a versatile layout that includes a mix of warehouse, office, and paved yard areas.
