**Constellation Real Estate Partners Sells Newly Built Houston Industrial Property to LBA Realty**
Constellation Real Estate Partners has sold Constellation Post Oak, a newly developed, two-building industrial property in Houston, Texas, totaling 424,011 square feet. The property, located at 14942-15012 S. Post Oak Road, was acquired by LBA Realty.
The land for the project was originally purchased in March 2022 in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. Construction of the development was completed in 2023. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture and Langan Engineering, the property comprises two buildings: Building 1 spans 302,825 square feet and features a cross-dock configuration with a 36-foot clear height; Building 2 measures 121,186 square feet and offers a front-load configuration with a 32-foot clear height.
Currently, Constellation Post Oak is 82 percent leased, with tenants including D&R Signs and US Elogistics Services.
Nathan Wynne of CBRE represented Constellation Real Estate Partners in the sale transaction. LBA Realty acted on its own behalf in the acquisition.
