**Broe Group Launches Phase Two of $200M Cherry Creek Development**
Broe Group has officially commenced phase two of its $200 million Cherry Creek development with the groundbreaking of 250 Clayton, a new Class A office building that will serve as the company’s headquarters. The upcoming project will house Broe Group, Broe Real Estate Group, and its railroad subsidiary, OmniTRAX.
The 250 Clayton building will feature eight stories with floor plates ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 square feet. Financing for the development has been secured, and construction is set to begin soon, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2028.
This development marks the second building in the Cherry Creek project, following the fully leased 200 Clayton building, which opened in 2023. Like its predecessor, 250 Clayton will also rise eight stories but will offer more space—175,000 square feet in total—with 10,000 square feet dedicated to ground-floor retail.
The Beck Group is the architect behind the design of the new building, further solidifying Cherry Creek’s growing profile as a hub for high-end office and commercial development in Denver.
