Entre Commercial Realty has announced the successful sale of a 16,310-square-foot industrial building located at 2120 Foster Avenue in Wheeling, Illinois—marking the second time the property has transacted this year.
The building features 15-foot clear ceilings, 2,500 square feet of office space, parking for 30 vehicles, two loading docks, and two drive-in doors. In April, Brian Bocci, SIOR, of Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer in the property’s initial acquisition, navigating a competitive process and advising on the deal structure.
Just two months later, the asset was under contract again, resulting in a substantial return for the seller. Bocci once again represented the client, this time on the sell side, successfully closing the transaction.
