JLL Facilitates Sale of Hayden Grove Bloomington Seniors Housing Community
JLL has successfully completed the sale of Hayden Grove Bloomington, a 166-unit seniors housing community located in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Acting on behalf of the seller, Verdot Capital, JLL’s Seniors Housing Capital Markets team arranged the transaction with an undisclosed buyer. Great Lakes Management, the current operator, will continue to manage the property following the sale.
Originally delivered in 2021, Hayden Grove Bloomington is a four-story facility that offers a full continuum of care—including independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.
Situated at 8715 Portland Avenue South, the community benefits from its strategic location near the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and several nearby healthcare facilities. The Bloomington area boasts a population of over 457,000, including 88,000 individuals over the age of 65. The 75-and-over demographic is projected to grow by nearly 20% in the next five years, supporting the demand for quality senior housing options in the region.
