**Colliers Facilitates $53 Million Sale of Ocean Breeze Ranch Development Site in Bonsall**
Colliers has successfully arranged the $53 million sale of the Ocean Breeze Ranch residential development site located in Bonsall, California. The expansive property includes two planning areas with a total of 381 approved single-family lots across approximately 134 acres.
The seller was represented by Ciara Trujillo, Senior Vice President; David Santistevan, Senior Executive Vice President; and Erin McKinley, Vice President, all of Colliers. The buyer, Trumark Homes, acquired the property with a grading permit in a ready-to-issue condition and has plans to develop a large-scale master-planned residential community. The project will include two residential neighborhoods, with final engineering and entitlements already underway in coordination with San Diego County.
Designed to reflect Bonsall’s rural charm and equestrian heritage, the community plan includes an integrated network of public and private parks, scenic walking trails, and open-space areas.
