**BTIG Expands Research and Strategy Team**
BTIG has appointed Ryan Gilbert as Managing Director and Housing and Real Estate Services Analyst within the firm’s Research and Strategy team. Gilbert brings extensive experience from his previous role as Senior Director at MetLife Investment Management (MIM) Private Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing, originating, and managing single-family rental debt and equity investments.
**Lincoln Property Company Names David DiPietro EVP**
Lincoln Property Company has named David DiPietro as Executive Vice President on its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) team. Based in New York, DiPietro brings more than 15 years of brokerage and advisory experience, most recently serving as Vice Chairman at Savills. He will co-lead the CAS team alongside Corey Davidson, based in Los Angeles, to strengthen Lincoln’s capabilities in data analytics, financial structuring, asset monetization, and strategic planning.
**Arrow Real Estate Advisors Bolsters Team**
Arrow Real Estate Advisors has announced two new additions to its team. Abie Horowitz joins as a broker, focusing on sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing for multifamily properties across the Tri-State area. Alan Frastai comes aboard as an analyst, supporting the origination and execution of transactions across multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and office sectors.
**L. Robert Lieb Inducted into NAIOP-NJ Hall of Fame**
L. Robert Lieb, Chairman of Mountain Development Corp., has been inducted into the Hall of Fame of the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Lieb has been recognized multiple times at NAIOP-NJ’s annual Gala and now receives one of the organization’s highest honors.
**Skillit Adds Jim Watson to Advisory Board**
Skillit, a technology platform focused on addressing the skilled labor shortage in the construction industry, has appointed Jim Watson to its advisory board. Watson is a veteran executive with over 40 years of industry leadership, most recently serving as President of Liberty Specialty, affiliated with Suffolk.
**ULI New York to Honor RXR’s Scott Rechler**
The Urban Land Institute New York (ULI NY) has announced that Scott Rechler, Chairman and CEO of RXR, will receive the 2026 Visionary Leadership in Land Use Award. The award will be presented during the Tenth Annual Awards for Excellence in Development Gala, scheduled for April 29, 2026, at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in Manhattan.
