**Private Investor Acquires ARCO Gas Station and AM/PM Convenience Store in Apple Valley for $7.95 Million**
Progressive Real Estate Partners has announced the successful sale of an ARCO Gas Station and AM/PM Convenience Store located at 15333 Rancherias Road in Apple Valley, California. The total purchase price for the business and accompanying real estate was $7,950,000.
Victor Buendia, Senior Vice President of Gas Station and Car Wash Sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The seller is a private investor based in the Inland Empire and a repeat client of the firm. The buyer is also an Inland Empire-based private investor who owns additional ARCO gas stations in the region.
Originally built in 1998, the well-established gas station is equipped with six recently upgraded fuel dispensers and offers 16 fueling positions. The purchase also includes a 2,737-square-foot AM/PM convenience store, which has recently undergone renovations to include updated equipment and an expanded inventory.
The convenience store provides a wide range of grocery items including snacks, fresh food to-go, and beverages such as beer and wine.
