**Cawley CRE Facilitates Direct Lease Deal at 3500 S. Kedzie Avenue, Chicago**

Cawley Commercial Real Estate has successfully facilitated a new lease at 3500 S. Kedzie Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.

The transaction was brokered as a direct deal by a Cawley team representing both the landlord and the tenant. The team included Frank Melchert, SIOR, Matt Garland, and Andrew Maletich, SIOR. The tenant, 4G Industrial Services, will occupy approximately 30,000 square feet of space, which includes 7,500 square feet of office space. The facility sits on a 5.45-acre site and features heavy loading capabilities.
