CRG Residential Finalizes $134 Million Sale of Two Indiana Multifamily Properties
CRG Residential has completed the sale of two recently developed multifamily communities in Indiana for a combined total of $134 million. The properties—Hayden Flats in Bloomington and the Flats at Stones Crossing in Greenwood—represent successful full-cycle investments for the company and its partners.
Hayden Flats, located in Bloomington, includes 298 units and was completed in 2024. It sold for $68 million. The Flats at Stones Crossing, a 292-unit community in Greenwood also completed in 2024, sold for $66 million.
CRG Residential has now developed more than 5,300 multifamily units across the Midwest and Mid-South regions as part of its growing portfolio.
