The team behind Midtown Park — Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality — has received approval from Miami’s Urban Development Review Board, paving the way for the launch of a transformational project in Midtown Miami.

The large-scale development spans five acres and is planned as a two-phase, multi-tower mixed-use community. With a total estimated cost of $2 billion, the project will deliver 924 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space, and more than 120,000 square feet of high-end retail offerings. At the heart of the project will be two major public plazas designed to encourage community engagement and pedestrian activity.

A key recreational feature of the development is a racquet and padel club operated by ULTRA Padel, which will include 8 courts. To engage the community during construction, a temporary two-acre ULTRA Padel pop-up is slated to open on site.

The project includes two 28-story towers and two 17-story towers, along with a low-rise retail building. The initial phase will feature a 28-story tower offering 288 residences under the Proper brand. These units will range from studio apartments to expansive three-bedroom homes, with select penthouse units boasting private rooftop gardens and pools.

The Midtown Park development is designed by the acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. The project’s innovative design and mixed-use functionality aim to set a new standard for urban living in Miami.
