**$2B Midtown Park Project Approved by Miami Urban Development Review Board**

The expansive Midtown Park development in Midtown Miami has officially received approval from Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. Spearheaded by a collaboration between Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality, the project is set to transform five acres into a vibrant, mixed-use community.

Valued at $2 billion, the two-phase, multi-tower project will include 924 residential units, approximately 60,000 square feet of office space, and over 120,000 square feet of designer retail. The development will also feature two major public plazas intended to serve as gathering spaces for residents and visitors. A key recreational component of the project is a racquet and padel club, operated by ULTRA Padel, which will feature eight state-of-the-art courts.

The master plan includes a total of four towers: two rising 28 stories and two at 17 stories, in addition to a low-rise structure dedicated to retail. Construction will begin with a temporary two-acre ULTRA Padel pop-up to activate the site before full-scale development commences.

The development’s signature 28-story tower, designed by acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio, will house 288 Proper-branded residences. These units will range from studios to three-bedroom homes, along with exclusive penthouses complete with private rooftop gardens and pools.

Midtown Park promises to be a dynamic addition to Miami’s urban landscape, blending residential, commercial, and recreational spaces in a thoughtfully curated master plan.
