Newmark Strengthens UK Leisure Practice with Key Appointments
Newmark has expanded its UK Leisure practice with the addition of Carys Chandler and Leo Llewellyn, who join the firm as partner and associate, respectively. These strategic hires follow the recent appointment of Richard Baldwin as a partner in the firm’s Leeds office.
Carys Chandler is widely recognized as a leading expert in the caravan park sector. She brings substantial experience in valuing a variety of assets, including holiday parks and residential caravan parks across the UK. Chandler is particularly noted for her expertise in large-scale portfolio valuations and individual asset appraisals.
Leo Llewellyn brings a strong background in valuation and agency services across a broad range of leisure-based properties. His experience includes work with licensed leisure venues, hotels, caravan parks, historic sites, visitor attractions, and sports stadiums. He has also been involved in notable leisure property sales in Wales, off-market pub transactions, and the valuation of international holiday properties.
Both Chandler and Llewellyn join Newmark from Avison Young and will be based in the company’s Cardiff office.
