**CanTex Capital Sells 8 Industrial Outdoor Storage Assets in Dallas-Fort Worth to Stockbridge**
CanTex Capital has sold a portfolio of eight industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to Stockbridge Capital Group.
The properties span 44 acres and consist of eight buildings, boasting a 100% occupancy rate. The portfolio includes four distinct types of industrial outdoor storage facilities, designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial and logistics needs. The assets are strategically located across key Dallas-Fort Worth submarkets, including Brookhollow / Trinity, Garland, Great Southwest, and Central and East Fort Worth.
Offering excellent connectivity, the properties provide access to the region’s extensive freeway network, rail infrastructure, and proximity to both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport.
