**Centennial Bank Closes $168M Loan for Next Phases of Glasshouse at O-Town West**

Centennial Bank has finalized a $168 million construction loan to initiate the next two phases of the Glasshouse at O-Town West development in Orlando, Florida. The multifamily project, located at 11804 Glass House Lane, is spearheaded by Unicorp National Developments. With this transaction, Centennial Bank’s total lending with the developer has now surpassed the $1 billion milestone.

According to Commercial Edge, the first phase of the Glasshouse project includes more than 300 apartment units and is currently over 90% leased. This initial phase began construction in 2020 and was delivered in 2023. It is backed by a $93 million loan from Goldman Sachs.

The upcoming phases will add 591 new residences, bringing the community’s total housing count to more than 900 units. Designed as a vibrant neighborhood hub, Glasshouse will offer an array of amenities including a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with an on-site restaurant and delivery service, a dedicated Lakehouse for weekend cookouts, a pool deck with cabanas and Jacuzzis, an Innovation Garden, and VR gaming experiences for both children and adults.
