**CommonSpirit to Build New Medical Office Building at Chandler Regional Medical Center**
CommonSpirit Health is set to expand its presence at Chandler Regional Medical Center (CRMC) with the construction of a new 100,000-square-foot medical office building. Located near Frye and Dobson roads, the CRMC campus currently features the main hospital facility and several existing medical office buildings.
According to AZBEX, the new medical office building will house a variety of specialty medical practices, including orthopedics, trauma care, gastrointestinal services, brain and spine care, and thoracic specialties. Additionally, it will provide outpatient rehabilitation services and may include dedicated space for employee training related to hospital service and patient care.
Design and architectural services for the project are being handled by Devenney Group Architects, a firm experienced in planning healthcare facilities.
CommonSpirit Health operates more than 2,200 care sites across 24 states, supported by a network of 35,000 providers and 45,000 nurses. The Chandler Regional Medical Center offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including emergency care, cardiovascular care, cancer treatment, and women’s health services. The new medical office building is expected to enhance service capacity and patient care delivery at the Chandler campus.
