**Oracle Partners with Nobu Hospitality to Develop Hotel at New Nashville Campus**

Oracle Corporation is partnering with Nobu Hospitality to develop a 126-room hotel as part of its expansive new Nashville campus along the Cumberland River. The hotel will be located on the southern end of the site and is part of Oracle’s broader vision for its future corporate headquarters.

To date, Oracle has invested $379 million to acquire 76 acres of land for the campus, which is expected to feature over 2 million square feet of mixed-use space, including offices, retail, and hospitality. The hotel will be situated near a new residential and retail development by MRP Realty, and in close proximity to the popular Topgolf entertainment venue.

The Nobu hotel will include a ground-floor restaurant, a rooftop infinity pool, and a spa, adding luxury accommodation and amenities to the campus, which is being designed as a comprehensive work-live-play environment.

When first announced, the development was projected to cost $1.35 billion. However, due to the expanded scale of the project, ongoing inflation, and increased construction costs related to tariffs, the total cost is now expected to exceed $2 billion. Oracle is still in the process of finalizing a construction timeline for the campus.
