**Oracle and Nobu Hospitality to Launch Luxury Hotel at Upcoming East Bank Campus in Nashville**
Oracle Corporation has announced plans to partner with Nobu Hospitality to develop a 126-room luxury hotel as part of its expansive new campus along the Cumberland River in Nashville. This marks a significant milestone in Oracle’s ongoing East Bank development, where the company has already invested $379 million to acquire 76 acres of land for its future headquarters.
The mixed-use campus will encompass over 2 million square feet of space, featuring a combination of office buildings, retail establishments, and the newly announced hotel. Strategically located near Topgolf and adjacent to a residential and retail project by MRP Realty, the hotel is poised to become a key amenity within the campus.
Designed with upscale features, the hotel will include a signature Nobu restaurant located at the lobby level, a full-service spa, and a rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic city views.
Oracle initially projected its Nashville development to cost approximately $1.35 billion. However, due to expanded planning, inflation over the past four years, and rising construction costs influenced by tariffs, the current estimate is now expected to exceed $2 billion. A finalized construction timeline has yet to be released.
