**Oracle and Nobu Hospitality to Develop Luxury Hotel as Part of Nashville Campus**

Oracle Corporation is partnering with Nobu Hospitality to develop a 126-room luxury hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, as part of its expansive new campus along the Cumberland River.

According to reports, Oracle has already invested $379 million to acquire 76 acres of land in East Nashville for its future headquarters. The campus blueprint includes more than 2 million square feet of space, which will be dedicated to office, retail, and hospitality purposes.

Set to occupy the south end of the campus, the forthcoming Nobu hotel will be positioned near an apartment and retail development by MRP Realty, and in close proximity to Topgolf. Key features of the hotel include a signature Nobu restaurant on the lobby level, a rooftop infinity pool, and an upscale spa.

Originally budgeted at $1.35 billion, Oracle’s Nashville campus is now projected to exceed $2 billion, reflecting expanded development plans, inflation over the past four years, and tariffs impacting the construction industry. The company is currently in the process of finalizing the construction timeline for the project.
