**Thompson Thrift to Develop 300-Unit Luxury Apartment Community in Buford**
Thompson Thrift has announced plans to develop Autry at Tulip Grove, a 300-unit luxury apartment community in Buford, a suburb of Atlanta. The community is expected to welcome its first residents in January 2027.
Located at 1325 Laurel Crossing Parkway NE, the 10-acre development will feature four-story, elevator-serviced buildings offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
Residents will enjoy a wide range of high-end amenities including two fully equipped fitness centers with 24-hour access, a heated swimming pool, electric vehicle charging stations, and an outdoor pavilion complete with a gas fireplace and seating areas. The community will also offer grilling areas, an outdoor game zone, golf simulator, dog park, pet spa with grooming stations, billiards, shuffleboard, and a 24-hour social hub.
Autry at Tulip Grove is situated adjacent to The Exchange, a 100-acre master-planned development that features a variety of retail, entertainment, and dining options.
