**Resort-Style Senior Living Headed to Two Atlanta-Area Locations**

Two new senior living communities, focused on providing a resort-style experience, are set to be developed in Georgia. Active Senior Concepts (ASC) is leading the projects, which come with an estimated total investment of $285 million.

The two developments—Celebration Village Athens in Oconee County and Celebration Village Peachtree in Coweta County—will feature a blend of housing options, including for-sale bungalows and cottages, as well as assisted living and memory-care apartments.

ASC is targeting active older adults looking for a vibrant, hospitality-focused lifestyle. The communities will include a full slate of on-site amenities designed to promote social engagement and well-being. Among the planned amenities are wellness programs, swimming pools, on-site restaurants, gathering spaces, putting greens, pickleball courts, and scenic walking paths. Residents will also have access to daily shuttle services to nearby destinations.

The regions were strategically chosen due to their demographic trends. Both Oconee and Coweta counties have significantly higher-than-average populations of adults aged 60 to 79, making them attractive markets for active senior living developments.

ASC has partnered with Jacoby Acquisitions on these projects. Jacoby was instrumental in securing land just outside Athens and near Peachtree City for the developments.

Both Celebration Village Athens and Celebration Village Peachtree aim to redefine senior living with a focus on wellness, community, and resort-style living.
