**PNK Group Acquires Baker Hollow Site in Windsor, CT for New Industrial Development**

Industrial developer PNK Group has acquired the Baker Hollow site in Windsor, Connecticut, part of the Hartford metropolitan area. While the seller and purchase price were not disclosed, the 37-acre property will be developed into two industrial facilities measuring 300,000 and 120,000 square feet, respectively. The site offers strategic access, located just two miles from Interstate 91.

This marks PNK Group’s second transaction in the Windsor area. In March 2025, the company acquired a 21.75-acre parcel to develop a 218,000-square-foot industrial facility. The Windsor region is already home to a robust industrial cluster, with major players such as Amazon, Dollar Tree, Ford, Honda, FedEx, Walgreens, and Eversource operating in the area.

For construction, PNK Group utilizes its proprietary Building Assembly Set (BAS) system, which employs large-unit blocks engineered for precise and efficient building processes. These standardized elements are manufactured at PNK facilities in Georgia and Pennsylvania and stored in warehouses, enabling rapid on-site assembly.

The company’s continued investment in the Hartford metro area reflects growing demand for modern industrial space in strategically connected locations.
