EQT Real Estate Acquires 290,000-SF Industrial Facility in Georgia

EQT Real Estate has acquired Great Valley Commerce Center Building 4, a 290,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 151 Logistics Parkway in White, Georgia. The property, completed in 2024, was sold by Core5 Industrial Partners and is fully leased to Vanderlande Industries Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation.

Situated about an hour north of Atlanta, the facility boasts a prime location less than one mile from the Hanwha Q Cells manufacturing facility and just 12 miles from the Hyundai-SK battery plant. It also benefits from strong transportation links, including close proximity to the Appalachian Regional Port, an inland rail terminal with exclusive CSX service that provides direct access to the Port of Savannah. This strategic location serves a 90-minute drive radius encompassing nearly four million residents, offering efficient logistics connectivity to both regional and national markets.

The transaction was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets, with a team that included Dennis Mitchell, Britton Burdette, Jim Freeman, Maggie Dominguez, and Bobby Norwood.
